The exhibit "Reflections" showcases the works of United States Government photographers in Alabama from 1935 through 1943. These photographs were obtained from the United States Library of Congress. They are a remarkable group of images that display the very spirit of Alabama and the nation during challenging and difficult times. The exhibit, the only one of its kind in Alabama, is co-sponsored by Northeast Alabama Community College, the Alabama Department of Archives and History, and a support grant from the Alabama Humanities Foundation, a state program of the National Endowment for the Humanities.

The exhibit, compiled by Dr. David Campbell, consists of seventy-two photographs and narrative panels. Photographers represented in the exhibit are Jack Delano, Arthur Rothstein, John Collier, John Vachon, Walker Evans, Dorothea Lange, Carl Mydans, Ben Shahn, and Marion Post Wolcott.

The Exhibit is on display at NACC in the foyer of the Wallace Administration Building. The exhibit may be viewed at any time during the normal operating hours of NACC. A traveling version of the exhibit for display is available from the Alabama Humanities Foundation in Birmingham, Alabama.
