DOCUMENT YOUR IDENTITY
Bring one primary form of identification or two secondary forms, or
send copies with your Application for Admission form. (Each copy must be on the
same page as a statement signed and stamped by a Notary Public to
whom you have shown the original.) Acceptable primary and
secondary forms of identification are listed on the
Requirements page and also on
page 2 of the Application for Admission form.
3. CERTIFY ELIGIBILITY FOR IN-STATE TUITION
(if applicable)
If the
residence address you write on your Application for Admission form
is in Alabama and you intend to remain there while at Northeast,
you are in-state and you do not have to complete this step.

If you are not in-state,
you will be charged at the out-of-state tuition rate unless you
can certify a substantial connection with the State of Alabama. To
apply for in-state status, complete and submit the Residency Certification form
with your application:

5.
HAVE TRANSCRIPTS
SENT FROM PREVIOUS INSTITUTIONS TO NACC
Print a Transcript Request form for each of the following
that applies to you: the high school where you graduated, the GED
office where you earned your GED, and every college you have
attended except NACC.
Send a completed Transcript Request form to each of
these institutions.
The Admissions Office will send you information about orientation,
placement testing, and registration for classes after you apply. You
will also be given a student account with the Northeast Online
Account Host, NOAH, where you can see your financial aid
status, register for classes, and much more. See
NOAH.
Conditional enrollment: If an item in this checklist is lacking, the applicant
may be allowed to begin classes
conditionally for one term. When the item is received,
the student may be granted unconditional (regular) admission.
Conditional enrollment may also apply to transfer students who
are not in good standing at their previous institution.
