The Application Package
Specific requirements should be obtained
from the contact person listed. When a full-time position is
open, this website will publish a Position Description/Vacancy
Announcement that includes details of the application process.
All materials will also be available in printed form from the
contact person.
No application will be accepted for a position that is not vacant.
In general, an application package will consist of:
1. A completed Northeast Alabama
Community College application form
Follow the instructions given by the contact person or in the
Position Description. A general application form (6 pages) can
be downloaded in either pdf or Word format.

1. When you click the link, save
to your computer drive.
2. If asked for a password at any time,
select "cancel."
3. Complete the form, save your changes, print it,
and sign it.

2. A current résumé
3. Documentation of education,
training, and/or work experience
Academic transcripts in the application packet may be unofficial
copies, but official transcripts must be received by the college
before an offer of employment. Non-academic documentation might
also be required (such as copies of licenses, certifications, etc.).
Follow the instructions given by the contact person or in the Position
Description.
4. Letters of reference
How many are required, and from whom, will be specified by the contact person
or in the Position Description.
It is the responsibility of the
applicant to submit all required
application materials in the application package. Applicants must adhere to the
college’s interview schedule and must travel at their own
expense. Applicants requiring accommodations for a disability
should notify the contact person for the position.
