Scholarships Received by Practical
Nursing Students
The Alabama Nursing Home Association (ANHA) Education Foundation
has provided a $1000 scholarship for 2 practical nursing
students attending Northeast Alabama Community College.
Recipients are Louise Miller of Rainsville and Kristi Chubb of
Fort Payne. The ANHA provides each Practical Nursing program in
Alabama with two $1000 scholorships each year.

Debbie Culpepper, CEO of Northeast
Alabama Health Services, presented $500 scholarships to
three students enrolled in the Practical Nursing Program
at Northeast Alabama Community College. The winners were
selected from among many applicants. These students will
complete the Practical Nursing program in August, 2009.
