Run a Success
On Halloween the Mu Alpha Theta, SGA, Phi
Theta Kappa, and Sigma Kappa Delta at Northeast Alabama
Community College sponsored a 5k Race and a One Mile Fun Run.
The race was a success with over one hundred and thirty racers
participating, including children and all ages. Mu Alpha Theta
raised about one thousand and eight hundred dollars for
scholarships.
The overall winner was Michael Ceballos
with the time of 17:40, and the overall female winners were
Marcie Davis and Lindy Groat, tied at 21:59.
