NACC Will Help You Prepare for Your Next Job

If you answer “YES” to any of the following questions, then you need Ready To Work provided by Northeast Alabama Community College:

• Are you scared at the thought of using a computer on the job?

• Do you have trouble completing online applications for a job?

• Do you struggle to communicate at a job interview?

• Is your résumé older than 5 years or missing?

• Do you need to update your work skills or learn new work skills?

• Are you uncertain about your job’s future?

This FREE 10-week program offered by NACC will train, certify, and prepare you for your next job. Program topics include:

• Manufacturing Skills

• Reading and Math Skills

• Conflict Resolution/Problem Solving

• Work Ethics/Workplace Behaviors

• Résumé and Interview

• Basic Computer Skills

Upon successful completion of the Ready to Work program, two certifications will be awarded:

Alabama Certified Worker
Career Ready Certificate

The Ready to Work Program start dates are:

November 2, 2009
January 25, 2010
April 12, 2010
June 21, 2010
August 2010 (date TBA)
