STARS and 2TO4 are articulation agreements to ensure
that Alabama Community
College System credits transfer to four-year
institutions.
If you follow a Transfer Guide from either STARS or 2to4, your two years at Northeast will count as two years toward
a bachelor's degree at your chosen college or
university.

and universities of the State of Alabama:

If your chosen college is not listed,
remember that Northeast students have
transferred their credits successfully since 1966. The key is to
learn your chosen college's requirements and complete the equivalent courses at Northeast,
with help from your advisor and the admissions office at your
chosen college.
